Cancellation Policy

By booking a service or purchasing a product through SAGE Ember & Solace, you agree to the following terms: All services are intended to provide support, insight, and guidance. While descriptions are provided to help you understand what to expect, each experience is personal and may vary from client to client. Some sessions may bring up emotional responses or require energetic processing. You acknowledge that individual experiences may differ and that outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Services such as intuitive readings, energy work, and chakra alignment are holistic in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, choices, and actions. Due to the time, preparation, and energy dedicated to each session, all service bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule whenever possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the $15 deposit made at checkout. In some cases, products may be offered or suggested as an add on at the time of service. All products are crafted with care using organic and natural ingredients. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out so we can review and address the situation. SAGE Ember & Solace is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from services or products provided. All offerings are intended for personal growth, reflection, and support. By booking a service or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
